What are some useful resources for installing S4S?

To get started with S4S we suggest the following approach:

1. Install Sitecore on a DEV or TEST website.
2. Install basic S4S (do not install S4S EXM – even if required).
3. Map it to a free Salesforce developer instance or to a Salesforce Sandbox which will have customizations.
4. Licensing is not required if you are working against a Developer or Sandbox Edition.

The connector will take Sitecore developers around a day to install and configure for basic functionality (like showing Salesforce documents in Sitecore web pages).
