- T4S: Content Manager (TRIM) for Salesforce Connector
- G4S: Generic Salesforce Connector
Three levels of support are offered, please check your current maintenance agreement for information on which level of support your organization is currently subscribed to. See the attached document for further information.
- Standard Support - next business day support via email (support ticket)
- Enhanced Support - standard support plus phone support, with a response time of no more than two business hours.
- Priority Support - enhanced support plus 24x7x365 phone and or web conferencing support.
