What are the S4S licensing options?

The following S4S licensing tiers apply:

S4S Basic

• 1 x Salesforce organization instance (org)
• 1 x Sitecore production server OR cluster OR CD/CM* configuration
• 1 x production domain name e.g. fuseit.com
• Standard email support only

S4S Extended

• 1 x Salesforce organization instance (org)
• 1 x Sitecore production server OR cluster OR CD/CM* configuration (or Azure PaaS web role)
• Unlimited domain names
• Standard or Enhanced support

S4S Enterprise

• Unlimited Salesforce organization instance (org)
• Unlimited Sitecore production servers (or Azure PaaS web role)
• Unlimited domain names
• Standard, Enhanced, or Priority support

S4S Ultimate

• Unlimited Salesforce organization instances (org)
• Unlimited Sitecore production servers (or Azure PaaS web role)
• Unlimited domain names
• All optional modules (see below)
• 40 hours of installation and development assistance (with on-site option**)
• Source code in escrow
• Priority support included

Optional Modules

• Module 1: Real-time Sitecore personalization from Salesforce
• Module 2: S4S Now to augment sales conversations in real-time (requires Module 1)
• Module 3: S4S EXM for Sitecore Email Experience Manager

A license covers all non-production Sitecore servers. This gives you the flexibility to deploy it to Sitecore in localhost, development, test, pre-production, staging, and production environments. S4S works without licensing against a Salesforce sandbox.
